Great little break away.

The hotel was perfect. The children absolutely loved the pool and the water park.

I think the food could have been a little better. This however, could have been due to it being end of season. The evening meal didn’t really cater for children.

Good

Reasonable hotel with good facilities for families. Decent sized rooms and staff pleasant

Food was a little poor for this level of hotel and the location around the hotel was uninspiring. The wider area was very nice but you need a car to make the most of it.

Good hotel for family holidays, location was also good, across the street superb beach food was just perfect, many thanks to the hotel restaurant chef!

Bad linen and towels were old with multiple spots :(

Family holiday

The food was tasty and good selection, the water had a suitable temperature and the water park was in order. The surrounding of the hotel is pretty quiet. The staff is kind and helpful. Beaches close to the hotel are nice and within walking distance.

Evening mini-disco started late and end up early, so instead of half an hour it took 15 minutes, but after that was usually some following schedule.

Perfect for family escapes

Staff was helpful and pleasant, waterpark was very nice,food was excellent.

Alcohol except beer and sodas was the cheapest quality,so coktails were not nice. Room was nice but little bit small for 3 persons

Very good choice for its price with breakfast.

Good breakfast!! Big and deep (1.7m) swimming pool. Nice shower. Good size room with air condition. Free parking space. Fridge in the room.

Wifi was disconnecting sometimes. There was cleaning everyday, they were making the beds but only once they changed sheets and towels (information said they change them 3 times per week and we were there 6 days). Too much noise coming from hallway. The room door was heavy but not soundproof.

Great for kids

Water park was Brilliant with two small kids, I could actually relax and watch them on the slides, the lifeguards were very good and patient with the kids, I could see the kids all the time. Child friendly place. Most staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel managers were all lovely.

The room a bit too plain, very simple. Wanted a bit more luxury but the boys had such a lovely time that it didn’t matter. one receptionist was not very helpful. Because of COVID, no kettle or mugs in the room and no evening entertainment.

Four days were plenty enough, loved the waterpark and kids had a great time.

Breakfast was good, omeletes are made to order and very nice. Staff always friendly and happy to help. Clean and modern hotel. We loved the Waterpark and the ice creams (especially the chocolate sandwich ice creams). Waterslides are great fun for all and never got bored.

Would have liked to see more variety of foods, especially the children's buffet, all beige food with very little options. My wife is a vegetarian and struggled eat here, nothing other than spaghetti and potato for vegetarian option (even the salads had meat/fish on it). Music was the same everyday, played on repeat all day. Was driving me a little crazy after 4 days so i have no idea how the staff cope. The only downfall with the waterpark is the fact there are only 3 rubber rings, this leads to kids getting upset and fighting over them, spent most of my time consoling my daughter due to this.

Good overall but could be better...

Property was clean and rooms spacious, breakfast was good part from the scrambled eggs - opt for omelette station instead. Waterpark great, my 3 YO old loved it. Evening entertainment singer was good.

Evening meal (Saturday) wasn’t good - meat cooked by the bins earlier in the day and sides very bland. Covid measures not adhered to even when I questioned the reception staff they didn’t seem interested. Most signage was in Greek including covid forms, I asked for a copy in English but not available, reception staff couldn’t even read it to me. Pool far too busy especially as covid still a concern. Rooms stripped out due to convos which is understandable but not even a glass/cup in there which wasn’t ideal.

Lovely hotel; great value for money and a brilliant area.

We loved this hotel, breakfast was amazing, plenty to do in the hotel and the general area. Very clean, modern and family friendly. The waterpark and pool were both lovely with plenty of sun beds.

There wasn’t many plug sockets in the room and they used a lot of disposable plastic cups and straws, luckily we took our own reusable ones

The cleanliness of the room and generally the hotel was good.

1 The parking was not enough and I was looking for parking outside the hotel. 2 The check in was 4 o'clock afternoon, and check out eleven.

Overall, I would visit again. It is ideal for families because of the waterpark facilities.

The waterpark facilities and the fact they had life guards both there and at the swimming pool.

Early check out and late check in. But the lady in charge at the receiption was very helpful and let us stay until 1 pm in our room so no complaints! Also if they would like to satisfy more needs I suggested to the person in charge for the breakfast to offer hot chocolate also, as not everyone drinks coffee.
